This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding payments for the Narratus application and subscriptions purchased through getnarratus.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.

All sales are final

All purchases and subscription payments for Narratus are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or fees already paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Why we don’t offer refunds

Narratus is digital software delivered electronically. When you purchase a subscription, your license is generated and access is granted immediately, and the software is made available for download and activation right away. Because the product is delivered and usable as soon as you buy it, we are unable to offer returns or refunds in the way a physical product might allow. We encourage you to review the product details, plan features, and system requirements before purchasing, and to reach out to our support team with any questions beforehand.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access to the Service until that period ends. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Canceling does not retroactively refund the current or any prior billing period.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or were charged in error due to a technical problem with our checkout, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where we confirm a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge, correct it.

Billing errors

If you spot what looks like a billing error on your statement, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback for a valid, completed purchase may result in suspension or termination of your account and license in accordance with our Terms of Service.
